Frequently asked questions
We understand that visiting somewhere new can feel a little daunting, but you’ll receive a warm welcome when you arrive. A door steward will greet you, explain how the service or event runs, and answer any questions you might have. If you’d like more details ahead of time, you’re welcome to contact one of our listed Stewards before your visit.
Most of our events and activities are free to attend. Some gatherings include a voluntary offering or invite donations, but there is never any obligation to give. If there’s ever a cost for a specific event, we’ll make it clear in advance. Everyone is welcome—money will never be a barrier to joining in.

Holy Communion is offered at various services throughout the year. For upcoming dates, please check our website or refer to our quarterly printed programme. We welcome everyone to the Lord’s Table in response to His invitation—there’s no requirement to be a member of the Methodist Church, no minimum age, and no tests to pass. All are invited to share in Holy Communion.
